Favorite Ocean Kayak, and why: I like the way the Prowler 13 paddles in rough water and use it often. But the Trident series of kayaks are definitely my favorites now. I use the Prowler Big Game in windy and choppy waters and love the secondary stability of this boat. It allows me to stand and sight fish with ease. So I guess I have several favorites depending on the type of water and conditions I am planning to paddle and or fish on.

About Dominick: Dominick Greco has been kayaking since the early 90’s and kayaked California’s Pacific Ocean since the first Ocean Kayak Frenzy was introduced to the industry. From the west coast to the east coast which he now calls home he has fell in love with the sport. Dominick Greco is a professional angler, kayak instructor, kayak fishing instructor and survival instructor. He has attained and honed his skills over the past 30 years to a level that allows him to teach and instruct freshwater and saltwater fishing. During the past 30 years Dominick has had

  a love for kayaking, Finding kayaking a stealthy and healthy way to get out on the water he combined the two loves. Over the past 10 years kayak fishing has exploded on the scene. It has and continues to be the single biggest growing segment of the fishing industry. Although starting his career from bass boats he has found that kayak fishing has helped his catch rates go up and increase the amount of exercise he gets, thus becoming the founder of Kayak Charters Southwest Florida based kayak fishing and eco Tour Company that offers all aspects of instruction and training.

Dominick Greco has been on the cutting edge of this sport by designing products for several companies, numerous articles written for several top publications as well as a published author with a book out called “Bass Fishing For Women & Children” to simplify bass fishing for women and children. Dominick Greco was featured on FOX4 News and the “Morning Blend” a southwest Florida morning show for his teaching, classes and seminars he does all over Florida. He has also appeared in several magazines and TV shows promoting safe kayaking and kayak fishing techniques geared towards those who are trying to learn the sport. He has taught classes for the City Of Cape Coral and surrounding cites and has taught Kids Camps and classes to get kids involved in the sport. Hey donates his time whenever he can to teach and give back to a sport that has given him a healthy and eco friendly way to get out on the water for the past twenty plus years. Dominick is on the Ocean Kayak Team Florida and Professional Fishing Team with Ocean Kayak as well as Pro Staff’s for several of the industry’s top fishing companies.
